Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW:

1. Hassle-free returns within 2 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.

2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the payment method used at checkout, COD orders receive a refund in bank account provided by you.

3. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like Buy One Get One, are ineligible for returns.

5. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
  • A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made.
  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area

For COD orders (reverse pick up serviceable pin code)

  • The purchase amount will be credited to the bank account provided by you.
  • The refund process will be initiated once the returned product is received.
  • The refund will be issued within 7 working days.

For COD orders (reverse pick up non-serviceable pin code)

  • The purchase amount will be credited to the bank account provided by you.
  • The refund process will be initiated once the returned product is received.
  • The refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Note:

  • Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products returned in used, worn, or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

NOTE : “Aamber Trails may revise the product categories excluded from this policy at its discretion, without advance notice.”

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

  • Orders made during promotions and exclusive offers that include free products, such as BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free), cannot be returned or exchanged.

SELF-SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will be required to send the product(s) by your self to the address below :

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Items should be securely packed to safeguard them against damage or loss during shipping.
  • Ensure that your Order ID and registered mobile number are included on the package.
  • Ensure the products remain unused and are returned with intact tags and packaging.
  • Ensure to include a photocopy of the posting cost slip with the product, or simply email us a picture of the slip at info@aambertrails.com along with your order details.

Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we do not accept shipments from them. We recommend Speed Post (India Post) for reliable service.

Have you received refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, contact your credit card company ( if applicable ), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refunds will be processed based on the bank details provided by the customer. Aamber Trails  is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information.

If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

REPORTING DAMAGES

  • If the product found damaged at delivery, notify us within 24 hours from delivary confirm update via Email : info@aambertrails.com
  • After receiving the returned item, we will review its condition and update you on refund eligibility. The refund will be processed within 15 working days of approval.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@aambertrails.com and send your item to: Aamber Trails, 159, Arabinda Nagar, P.O- Sonarpur, Kolkata, Westbengal: 700150.

Exchange is subject to availability of the product.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
